Help with writing, accounts, Pro and publishing.

Email pero.support@gmail.com. Describe what you did, the result you expected and what happened, with your Pero and macOS versions. Remove private text and account details from screenshots. Do not send passwords or API keys.
Your projects
Make a local backup before reinstalling or removing the app. Basic writing and file export work without an account. Cloud sync and backups require Pro and a signed-in account.
Pro and AI
Manage or cancel Pro in your Apple subscriptions. Use Restore purchases in Pero with the Apple account used for purchase. AI requires your own provider API key; provider usage is billed separately.
Publishing and reports
Publish a project from My projects or inside the project. Choose the sections and authors, add a cover, review and publish. To report a work, profile, copyright infringement or abuse on pero.pub, email its public URL and a description to pero.support@gmail.com. We review reports and can restrict access to content or publishing accounts.
Account deletion
Open Account and sync → Delete account and reauthenticate. This removes associated cloud and public data while keeping local projects. It does not cancel your Apple subscription. Privacy requests can also be sent to support.
